When turning fan on it don’t blow hard the same speed as low

For model number UXT4030ADB2

Hello Frank, Thank you for the question. This could be caused by a build up on the fan blades and motor or a weak Fan Motor, PartSelect Number PS11769761. The Motor may need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
