Freezer working, has a lot of frost build up in the back, bottom portion fridge is working but temperature is low

Hi Victor, Thank you for your question. If your freezer has frost buildup and the refrigerator section is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the capacitor, the evaporator fan motor and blade, the start relay, the defrost thermostat and the defrost heater. Also, make sure that the door is sealing correctly. Check the freezer door gasket for gaps. If it is not sealing correctly it will need to be replaced. Also, if the door is kept open for too long, moisture will get inside and as it freezes, frost will form. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
