The fridge part is not cooling down. I tried resetting by unplugging for 20 minutes. The freezer seems to be working okay. I don't hear an evaporator fan, though. The condenser fan is spinning up the fridge's beeps and lights flash. We did get to come out it for a week in half. Need any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Richard, thank you for contacting us. Ensure that there is no frost buildup. If it is fine, the issue could be with the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12590899. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
OPENED THE LEFT SIDE REFRIGERATOR DOOR WHERE THE DEFECTIVE MECHANISM WAS. GOT UP ON THE FIRST STEP OF THE STEP STOOL,REMOVED THE PHILLIPS HEAD RETAINING SCREW FROM THE BROKEN PART.PUT THE NEW CLOSING MECHANISM IN PLACE AND RE-INSTALLED THE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREW. STEPPED DOWN FROM THE STEP STOOL AND SHUT THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR.
I didn't do the repair because you sent me the wrong part.That was mislabeled. Then you want me to ship it back but didn't pay for the shipping?And that would be twelve dollars so it's going in the trash!! Very displeased
