The ice cream is getting soft and start melting today. What could be not working properly. Also the Control Panel displays “88” instead of the actual temperature set at factory at -2 degree F. for the freezer temperature. Same issue with the refrigerator compartment temperature Control Panel display is “88” instead of 38 degree F. Thanks

Ice is building up under the deli drawer. I've already thawed and cleared the drain line about 2 months ago. Items are also freezing toward the back of the refrigerator even though it is not overstocked. What could be causing this?

Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.
First, I have to say I live in the next state over, and I recieved the parts the next day. Yeah! OK, I removed the adjacent drawers *and the removable lower storage shelves on the doors for clearance*. Taking out the broken lid is easy. The new one is a tight fit. The right side has a raised pad on the pivot point, but the left one does not. I worked the peg (pivot point) in on the right side and slowly and carefully pushed the stationary plastic left side in slightly(and sprung the lid slightly) to get enough clearance to get in the left peg without breaking the new lid pivot. While doing this, one has to make sure the shelf immediately behind the lid is in place since there are support tabs located on it, and you will have to rework the thing if you don't get them to mate on the installation.
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video the installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
