What dose it mean when flashing e4. Won’t respond except for hi temp and steam but still won’t start

Hello Mary, thank you for writing. We advise checking the water pressure as it may be set to high. It could be that the inlet hose is not be properly connected or there is a issue with the drain and we recommend checking for any obstruction. I hope this helps

I cannot find the lower door gasket. I can only see Part 208 on the diagram which appears to include both the inner door and the gasket. Can I replace only the door gasket or must I replace the whole inner door and gasket.

Hi Pieter, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the bottom door gasket does not come separately. It comes along with the inner door assembly, part number PS12305273. We hope this information helps!
I have no power to the topside controls. If I turn the breaker off, wait, and back on there is power there temporarily, nothing will work and it goes back to no power at controls. I haven't tested any of the electrical. I am thinking it is the main control board.
