How do you rematch the motor and gear case when they become separated? I can get close but not completely.

Hello Rod, thank you for the question. It could be due misaligned planet gear carrier. The planet carrier inside the gearcase may have shifted during disassembly. Open the gearcase, verify all three planet gears are seated on their pins correctly and the ring gear is in place. Look for any visible damage or burrs on the gear teeth, even a small burr can prevent full seating. You will need to gentle rotate while applying light pressure.
