It was saying "drain" on the error message. We blew out the hoses, it drains. Now when you start it, it starts in the middle of a cycle and doesn't even start. It's been saying 1 hour til finish for about 20 minutes. We just put a new control board on and it still isn't working.

Hi Debra, Thank you for your question. If you have just replaced the electronic control board and the washer is still starting in the middle of a cycle, the issue may be with the door latch. If this part is malfunctioning, then it can cause issues throughout the washer. To test the part, you will need to use a multi-meter. first, disconnect your appliance from the power source before beginning, and then remove the top panel or cabinet to access the switch. Once you have located the switch, verify that the switch is being activated mechanically and that any levers or actuators are not damaged or sticking., then the switch may be defective. If the switch is being activated but there is no power being supplied to the motor or water valve circuits, remove the switch from the washer to check it for continuity. With your multi-meter on the Rx1 setting, touch the probes to the terminals, then press and hold the switch button down. You should receive a reading of zero. If you do not receive this reading, you will need a replacement lid switch. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello Alexandre, thank you for contacting us. Please make sure that the washer is properly draining and spinning. Sometimes the washer will deliver wet clothes due to poor drainage and spin speed. We would recommend checking the drain pump, part number PS11738156, and motor rotor, part number PS10064560. Also, clean the drain hoses and ensure that there is no blockage. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you
