We keep getting an F5 code and the lid locks and won't operate properly. What parts can fix this
For model number MVWB955FC1
Hi Kelley, thank you for reaching out. The error code F5 is an alert that tells you the lid can not lock. There could be some clothing or other obstruction in the lid, preventing it from locking. If there is no obstruction, we would recommend replacing the lid latch assembly, part number PS12348765. Good luck with your repair!
I lost a gold chain in washer how can I retrieve it?
For model number MVWB955FC1
Hi Scheri, thank you for your inquiry. First, turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the wall. Then, remove the washing machine's washplate, the piece that turns during the wash cycle. It is held in place by a screw which may need to remove first. Once you have removed the washplate, you should be able to see your chain. If you can not reach it, try using a pair of pliers or tongs to grab it. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance!

Hi Rick, thank you for contacting us. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Leaking out of the front right corner a lot of water is this repairable or does this machine need to be replaced I contacted a repair guy and he said it’s better to get a new one
For model number MVWB955FC1
Hi Matt, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would suggest making sure the washing machine is leveled on the floor. If the issue remains, we would recommend checking the hose, part number PS11768493. It connects the tub to the drain pump. A damaged or loose hose might be causing the water to leak. We hope this information helps!
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you
