My washing machine sounds like a Jet when spin dry?????
For model number MVWB835DW4

Hi John, Thank you for your question. If the washer sounds like a jet during the spin cycle, the noise is coming from the bearing that is pressed up against the outer tub. It is likely worn and will need to be replaced. The bearing is sold with the gearcase. The part number listed under your model number for the gearcase is PS16220921. If you need help placing an order for it, customer service is open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

My washer is leaking from the bottom. It appears to be coming from the center of the machine, and i can see water spray all along the inside of the shell.

Hi Joe, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you check the tub seal attached to the gearcase shaft, and the washer, part number PS11770333. Also, make sure that the different parts of the washer at the center are tightly installed. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Broken lid frame at left hinge.
Raised lid to remove two Torx head screws from each hinge. Lid will then lift off of hinges. Installation of new lid was the reverse of the removal procedure. It is best to install one hinge to the lid by removing that hinge from the washer. The lid can then be installed by inserting that hinge into it's spot and then over the other hinge. Install the hinge screws into the second hinge and the job is complete. The lid now closes properly allowing the automatic lid lock to function properly.
