My freezer started to frost up inside during a very hot and humid summer, how do i get rid of the frost now or has something gone wrong with the freezer?

Hi John, thank you for reaching out. Unplug the freezer. Remove all food and put it in a cooler or another fridge and let the ice melt. Wipe down the interior with a towel or sponge once the ice is gone. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the defrost heater, part number PS18188336. We hope this sorts out your problem!

I have only ever used this appliance as a fridge. The last couple of weeks it started not cooling. It is 3 years old and has always been kept in a cool dry basement. What part is not working?

In freezer mode the door wasnt sealing, easy to open vs the door having suction keeping it sealed and having to pull firmly to break the seal, when put in fridge mode it cools but food does not get to the 36degrees the fridge was set too! Seems like a gasket issue correct?

Hello Jeffery, thank you for reaching out. To get your freezer running again after a power outage, start with a hard reset by unplugging it for 5 to 10 minutes. If this did not help, you may need to replace the main control board, part number PS18184008. It manages all functions and might be fried by a surge. We hope this helps!
