The tray keeps oscillating when the door is open everything else works fine. What is the problem.

Hello David, thank you for your question. If the tray keeps moving when the door is open we would recommend testing the door switches and the turntable motor. If the issue is the drive motor the part is unavailable and cannot be purchased as its not being made anymore. I hope this helps.

Both bulbs burned out at same time
I r/r the bulb cover, I then removed the burned out bulbs w/ a rag in case they broke they wouldn't have cut my fingers. You turn the bulbs lefty loosy. Installation is just the reverse. Install each bulb and turn righty titey, just snug the bulbs into place. Replace Glass cover and insert one phillips screw in plate and re-tighten

glass cooking tray missing
I bought the microwave on sale at Sears. the glass cooking tray was missing. It was to be ordered but after 2.5 months I had not received it so called Part Select and received the tray within 5 days! Ironically, the original one arrived the same day. I would recommend PartSelect for their prompt and very courteous service.

Buzzing noise, no heating of food
Removed control panel, discharged HV capacitor. Removed old diode, tested to confirm failure. Replaced part. Other than the removal of the panel swapping the part was almost as easy as replacing a light bulb.
