Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your question. The SE error code is letting you know that you have a stuck keypad or a key short error. Unplugging the microwave, may help to reset it. Check the connections between the keypad and the electronic control board as well to make sure they are fitted properly. If the error persists, you will need to replace the keypad. We hope this helps!

Hello Sharon, thank you for the question. According to our research, The SE error code indicates that there is a problem with the Keypad (User Interface) or the associated wiring. We would recommend checking the wire harness that it is connected properly. If the issue still occurs, you may need to replace the control panel with the touchpad, part number PS11751315, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Turn table wouldn't turn in my microwave.
This was no big deal. Just inserted the new gadget under the turntable. It beginning turning as soon as I pressed start on the microwave.

What I was impressed with, is that I ordered it on line, and within two days my part was sitting on my front porch. I was very happy about the delivery. I live in a remote area, and didn't expect it for a week. Thank you.

coupler under plate in microwave broken
We ordered part from store where we bought the microwave. We waited a week and the part was not the right one. I found the part I needed at your company. I received the part the next day. I just inserted the coupler in the hole where the other one was and fixed the problem imediately. We will buy all our parts here from now on.

Both bulbs burned out at same time
I r/r the bulb cover, I then removed the burned out bulbs w/ a rag in case they broke they wouldn't have cut my fingers. You turn the bulbs lefty loosy. Installation is just the reverse. Install each bulb and turn righty titey, just snug the bulbs into place. Replace Glass cover and insert one phillips screw in plate and re-tighten
