3 of the 4 burner knobs were broken. Finding the burner knobs on PartsSelect.com. was easy. What sold me on purchasing them were the pictures including a closeup of the back connection and the description of the make of appliance they'd fit. I ordered them Friday and they arrived the next day (standard shipping) on Saturday. Pretty amazing since I'd been putting it off for 6 months.
I simply took off the old knobs and replaced them with the new ones I ordered from you. They were exact replacements and cheaper than your competitors. You sent them quickly. The experience can't be any better than that. Frank
