Hi Dean, thank you for your question. The way to reset a board would be by unplugging your appliance for about 10 minutes and then plugging it back in. You can also cut the power off at the breaker as well if you prefer. This would be the part information for your dispenser/low voltage control board: PS2069839. Good luck with your repair.

What does error code 55 on the water and ice dispenser mean?
For model number MFI2569VEM2
Hello Denna, Thank you for your inquiry. This error code can indicate an issue with the temperature sensor or thermistor. You can test it with a multimeter. There is one in the refrigerator section and one in the freezer section. Good luck with your repair.
The freezer comes on and stays on for a while and then it turns off for a while and then it turns back on for a while. What do you think that symptom describes?
For model number MFI2569VEM2
Hi Jeff, thank you for reaching out. The freezer cycle on and off to maintain the desired temperature. When the temperature rises above the set point, the compressor turns on to cool the freezer. Once the temperature is reached, the compressor turns off. If there is a cooling issue, then check the temperature sensor, part number PS2003772. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
Here's the part I want to share: PartSelect had a expanded diagram showing the correct part and sufficiently detailed to figure out the repair before the part arrived. That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!
