The right hand door no longer closes. I would probably look at replacing all components such as the closer and stop. Not sure if any other components are in need of replacing. The fridge is stainless steel and I'm confused on the sub part numbers and colours..

Hi Curt,
Thank you for your question. Where the refrigerator is stainless steel, the door parts you order should be Apollo grey. The part number for the door stop is PS11749924. The part number for the door closer is PS11738468. You may need to also replace the hinges and the door gasket. The part number for the door gasket is PS11759509. The part number for upper right door hinge is PS16730823. The part number for the center door hinge is PS11770051. The only color currently available for the center hinge is black. We hope this helps!
A plastic piece that holds the spring in place for my dispenser broke off. Can I just replace the dispenser/plastic/spring piece?

Hello Tricia, Thank you for asking. Unfortunately Maytag only sells the parts in the Dispenser as the Ice Dispenser Chute Assembly. They do not sell the parts separately. Let us know if you have further questions!
My ice maker makes ice only when i manually lower the wire arm. After each cycle it locks in the up position and has to be manually lowered each time for ice to cycle.

Hello Donald and thanks for writing.
Try resetting your ice maker see if this does the trick
Look for the Reset Button
To access it, you must first remove the ice tray. Once you do that, you should see the bright red reset button on the bottom of the ice maker itself. To reset the ice maker, push this button in and hold it for 10 seconds. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

The ice maker is leaking . I pulled up the ice maker where it breaks it down in parts. Part #8 is where leak is at ? Is there a gasket for this?
For model number MFI2269VEM10
Hello Perry, Thank you for your inquiry. Checking the model number you have provided, 8 is the divider for the ice container, there is a gasket part# PS11743684 that fits onto it. If the ice maker appears to be leaking water into the bucket, check the water fill tube and the water inlet valve, as if the valve is faulty, it could be causing an overflow of water into the ice maker. You can test the valve with a multimeter. Set your multi-meter to the Rx1 setting and touch the terminals with the probes. You are testing for continuity and should receive a reading of 200 to 500 ohms. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps with your repair.
Hello, The one in the fresh food compartment is located in the ceiling in the light module, you would need to remove the housing and cover to access it. I hope this helps.

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
