I'm not getting water to the icemaker, all the piping is unobstructed, water pressure is 55psi, new filter, ice valve is 181 ohms 18.2 vac present at unplugged conn; water valve r is 234 ohms 32 vac at unplugged conn and 120 vac when water is requested (cold water delivery works). When ice is requested only 27 vac is present at the ice dispenser water valve. Any ideas for me? Thank you in advance, Mike

Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. Set your multitester to the R X 1 ohms setting to test for continuity. Place each of the multitester's leads on a terminal. Your multitester should display a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. Closely examine your water inlet valve. The exact ohm resistance rating you should test for may be marked on the valve. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

My right freezer drawer won't slide. How can these drawers be removed? Thanks!
For model number MFI2269DRH00
Hello Gordon, thank you for contacting us. Follow the following instructions to remove freezer drawers:
1- Open the freezer drawer to full extension.
2- Loosen the four screws attaching the drawer glides to the drawer front.
3- Lift drawer front upward and off the screws.
4- Use the small flathead screwdriver to pry the left slide rail tab away from the liner enough to release the drawer stop. Do the same to release the right drawer stop.
5- Now you can easily remove upper and lower drawers.
We hope this information helps!

Do you have any available drawer frame cover replacement?
For model number MFI2269DRH00
Hello Ma, thank you for contacting us. The shelf frame for your model is part number PS11731402. We hope this information is useful!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear. This gave me move 'room' to grip and slightly rotate then pull the old filter forward and away from the tight suction connection. I was concerned that I would be too forceful for the plastic assemblies and would break something; deliberate motions and a steady thought process on the problem helped disengage the darned old filter!
