The refrigerator and freezer aren’t cooling properly and there’s no ice.
For model number LTWS24223S
Hi Anita,
Thank you for your question. If the fresh food and freezer sections of your refrigerator are too warm, we recommend replacing the electronic control board, part number PS12080735. We hope this helps!
removed the upper freezer door to access screws to remove lower door. laid bottom door on its side, removed bad bushing, put new bushing in, put bottom door back on refridge, put upper door back on fridge. Door worked easy as when new. good closure of door and story..Happy customer, and wife even happier.....thank you....
We've had issues with this LG LTCS24223S refrigerator's gaskets since we've bought it.
The repair was simple with no tools required.
I simply pryed out the old gasket and replaced with new one. It's an easy fix now we'll see how it works as far as keeping the frost from building up inside.
removed 3 fasteners for top door and placed freezer door aside, then removed 3 more fasteners on bottom refrigerator door and place that aside. replaced bushing on lower door bracket and reversed the above procedure to reinstall doors.
