My freezer is not getting cold enough to get food frozen
For model number LSXS26386S

Hello Jonathan, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the condenser fan motor to be sure it is turning when the compressor is on. If the compressor is not running, the run capacitors and main board on the back of the unit should be tested. I hope this helps.

Refrigerator Ice maker quit producing ice.
This repair was easy. The ice maker assembly is basically a plug and play unit that requires first removing the ice bucket as described inside the freezer door. Next, remove several screws the support the unit, then gently lifting the ice maker assembly out, just far enough to access the 2 electrical plugs that operate the unit. Carefully unplug the old unit and remove it. Next, plug the new unit and then reverse the disassembly process. I could have done this in 10 minutes had I not been careful not to break anything. No special tools are required.

Fan Blade Loose
I paid for the expedited shipping and they sent me a cheap knockoff attempt at the part that had the wrong size hole. So they refunded me the money I paid for the part but not the shipping, and then I crushed the part they sent me with a hammer and threw it away.
