My fridge isn't cold enough, or freezer. Items are cold but not frozen. Cleaned around fan and fins on back side of fridge but made no difference. Machine is only 3 yrs old i believe so hopefully things aren't wore out yet. Do these have an auto defrost?
For model number LSXS26326S
Hi Jeremy,
Thank you for your question. If both the fresh food and freezer sections of your refrigerator are too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the compressor set assembly, the evaporator fan motor, the electronic control board and the temperature sensor. You will find information on how to test these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Refrigerator Ice maker quit producing ice.
This repair was easy. The ice maker assembly is basically a plug and play unit that requires first removing the ice bucket as described inside the freezer door. Next, remove several screws the support the unit, then gently lifting the ice maker assembly out, just far enough to access the 2 electrical plugs that operate the unit. Carefully unplug the old unit and remove it. Next, plug the new unit and then reverse the disassembly process. I could have done this in 10 minutes had I not been careful not to break anything. No special tools are required.

Ice chute would not open.
Removed ice dispenser and display with small screwdriver from front of the fridge. Pried out the whole piece slowly. This exposed the motor that activates the chute. Plugged in the new motor before any removal to verify the motor was the problem. When it worked, removed old and installed new. 3 screws. Piece of cake.
