Doesn’t cycle off refrigerator too cold

Hi Jose, thank you for getting in touch. We suggest you take a close look at door gasket to check whether the door is closing properly. If this is not the issue, we would recommend you checking your refrigerator defrost sensor, part number PS8751162. It monitors the temperature of the evaporator coil and sends the temperature reading to the electronic control board. We hope this helps.
This repair was easy. The ice maker assembly is basically a plug and play unit that requires first removing the ice bucket as described inside the freezer door. Next, remove several screws the support the unit, then gently lifting the ice maker assembly out, just far enough to access the 2 electrical plugs that operate the unit. Carefully unplug the old unit and remove it. Next, plug the new unit and then reverse the disassembly process. I could have done this in 10 minutes had I not been careful not to break anything. No special tools are required.
