Hello Lawrence, thank you for getting in touch. If you are looking for the shelf that goes over the bottom freezer drawer, part number PS16662170, of your model, then it is listed on our site with part number PS16661522. We hope this is what you were looking for!
Turn off the power to the refrigerator. Remove the back plate. Unplug the fan motor. Remove the fan housing and pull the fan blade from the motor. Replace the motor by removing 4 screws. Replace with the new motor and reinstall the fan blades. Secure the fan housing, plug the fan motor, and screw on the back panel. Plug and go!
I didn't because the part was never delivered. The box was apparently damaged according to the tracking. Your company didn't bother to communicate that they couldn't send another one without a new order. They also didn't give a refund until I contacted them because they are just too busy. Your company was a huge waste of time. Publish that. Go ahead.
