In my freezer a frozen item fell and broke the top of the bottom drawer, I cannot pull the drawer out because I believe there are shards of the shelf underneath it . I need a reaplement shelf and drawer I think

Turn off the power to the refrigerator. Remove the back plate. Unplug the fan motor. Remove the fan housing and pull the fan blade from the motor. Replace the motor by removing 4 screws. Replace with the new motor and reinstall the fan blades. Secure the fan housing, plug the fan motor, and screw on the back panel. Plug and go!
I didn't because the part was never delivered. The box was apparently damaged according to the tracking. Your company didn't bother to communicate that they couldn't send another one without a new order. They also didn't give a refund until I contacted them because they are just too busy. Your company was a huge waste of time. Publish that. Go ahead.
