My lg refrigerator, the refrigerator routinely goes from 34*f to 70*f. The freezer stays between -15 to -3. I also get a. Er dH code on the front panel. I have already replaced the defrost control assembly and the freezer temperature sensor with lg parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we really need to get this fixed. Thanks.

Hello Scott, thank you for reaching out. The error code Er dH on your LG refrigerator means that the defroster mode has failed. We suggest that you check the evaporator defrost heater, refrigerator temperature sensor, and power control board, as these could be the culprits of the failed defroster mode in your refrigerator. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!

Video makes it look easy. Kenmore refrigerator does not have "groove" along the right hand side of switch that allows for pushing down on release. Used a thin screwdriver to get under to push while holding switch edge with pliers. Kept slipping. Tape sides to avoid scratching inside of refrigerator.
I pulled the gasket off and installed the new one. It was very easy. All I had to do was to push the new gasket in place in the grooves in the door. The gasket I received was identical to the one I replaced.
