how can I tell if the circuit board has malfunctioned. the l.e.d. light does not flash when the test buttons are pushed. no cooling in fridge nor freezing in freezer. fan comes on and vibration felt in condenser.

Hi Kevin, thank you for your inquiry. If the LED light on your refrigerator main circuit board (PCB) does not flash or beep when the test button is pressed, the main control board, part number PS3625119, has likely failed. The combination of a totally unresponsive test button, no cooling, and only fans/condenser vibration suggests the board cannot send power to the compressor to start. Glad to be of help!
Closed valve to water supply line; Removed contents of top shelf. Removed top shelf by sliding it out. Unscrewed old water filter and screwed in new filter. Replaced to shelf and contents in reverse order. Opened water supply line.
