For model number LFC25760ST
Hi Pam,
Thank you for your question. If water is pooling on the bottom of the freezer floor the drain is clogged and it will need to cleaned. We hope this helps!
If drain has been cleaned out and water still forms on the bottom of the freezer is there another cause?

Hi Pam,
Thank you for your question. If water is leaking inside the refrigerator, check the water lines to see if they are cracked. If a component in the water inlet valve has failed, water may continue to flow from it. To verify if water is coming from the water inlet valve, inspect the valve body for signs of cracks or other damage, and inspect the water tubing connected to it see if it is fitted properly and for signs of damage. If there are no visible signs of damage to the tubing or the water inlet valve, test the water inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see if it is operating normally. You should receive a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. If you receive any other reading, you will need to replace the water inlet valve. We hope this helps!
The refrigerator light does not turn off when I close the door.
For model number LFC25760ST
Hello Lester, Thank you for the question. This is normally caused by a defective Light Switch. When the door of your appliance is opened the switch is released, and the light comes on. When you close the door the switch is pressed in, and the light turns off. You may need a putty knife to remove your old switch. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Video makes it look easy. Kenmore refrigerator does not have "groove" along the right hand side of switch that allows for pushing down on release. Used a thin screwdriver to get under to push while holding switch edge with pliers. Kept slipping. Tape sides to avoid scratching inside of refrigerator.
Turn off power, remove upper and lower drawers (may need to open upper refrigerator doors to remove large freezer bin,) remove drawer supports (upper and lower), remove rear freezer panel (trick is to loosen 4 screws on fan bumpout to get the panel to come free from the freezer side wall), test thermistor with multimeter (should have continuity or near zero resistance across 2 orange fuse wires) before cutting zip ties, cut zip ties holding Thermistor in place, remove old Thermistor, install new Thermistor, install new zip ties, replace rear freezer panel, install upper and lower drawer supports, install drawers, turn on power, should be fixed if error code doesn't return after 6 hours.
Lower shelf frame lifted right off w/o the use of any tools. Removed both drawer cover fronts. The glass shelf which sits on top of frame over time will tend to stick to shelf frame. Running Hot water over glass dissolved stickiness and glass separated easily.Do Not try and pry apart if it seems stuck to shelf frame!. It may crack!. Cleaned all parts, and replaced both drawer front covers. Put shelf frame back in on shelf holder. Done. Approx.20 minute repair w/o any problems.
