Each wash gives me HE error. I changed the heater. It worked for 2 washes and now back to the HE error. It the only cycle that does not give a error is quick & dry. I'm wondering if there is a other cause? Or, maybe I got a faulty defective heater?
Reply was : "Hello Patrick, thank you for your question. You may have a faulty temperature sensor or thermistor. We hope this helps."
My question: could it be those parts are not available on the website tried to find both of them and no luck. Want to get this fixed asap
Thanks

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for your question. If you have replaced the heater and the HE error code has returned, try cutting power to the dishwasher for 10 seconds and then restoring power and starting a cycle to see if the code reappears. If it does, check the drain hose for any clogs and to make sure that there are no kinks in it. Check the filter as well to see if it is clogged. Also check the water inlet valve to insure it is working normally and that water is entering the dishwasher. If the water inlet valve is fine, then you will need to replace the main PCB assembly, part number PS6012660. We hope this helps!
Simple, removed screws securing machine in the cabinet, then pull the unit out of the cabinet space about 10 inches. Springs are accessible within this extension. You need strong hands to extend the springs and attach them. Once attached, push machine back in place and re-install the anchor screws. In my situation, only one spring was broken, so the attached side revealed the correct slot to place the hook on the top position, the bottom position has a plastic lead for the spring, and that lead is attached to a rope to the door hinge. Note: Replace BOTH springs, even if only one is broken.
The inside gasket deteriorates over time - However replacement is easy. the main thing you have to remember is after you remove the old gasket, install the new one starting at the middle top of the tub and work your way down both sides. Also, don't push the gasket all the way in...only enough to hold in place. When you close the door the gasket will form a better seal around the door.
