Hello, my fridge suddenly stopped working. Plug outlet is working fine. Not sure what is the issue.

Hi Purvi, thank you for reaching out. Ensure that the power cord is working properly. If it is fine, the issue could be with the compressor start relay, part number PS9865140. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
I called LG and followed the instructions given over the phone. The instructions couldn't have been simpler. Disconnect the appliance for several hours and then connect again. I disconnected the appliance overnight, cleaned out the freezer, and reconnected it. Problem solved. Did not need to call a repairman and did not use the clips.
