Hi Debra, thank you for your inquiry. To verify if the dishwasher control panel is working correctly, you will need to check it with a multimeter for continuity. Set your multimeter to the Rx1 setting when performing this test. If it is working correctly, you will receive a reading between 2000 and 3500 ohms. If you receive reading outside this range, the control panel, part number PS11755449, will need to be replaced. To verify if the electronic control board, part number PS3651433, is the issue, check it for signs of damage, wear, scorching or burn marks. If it shows any of these signs, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
The dishwasher runs and the lights are on but no water comes on. It seems to cycle through since i noticed the soap dropped to the bottom and looks like is was starting to burn (heat up). What part do you think is the problem?

Hi Anthony,
Thank you for your question. If your washer is not filling with water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water inlet valve, the overfill control switch and the circulation pump and motor. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
All the wheels have broken off the bottom drawer of the dishwasher. Can I order and pay for a replacement drawer through this site? The washer works fine and I'm very satisfied.

Hello Phyllis, thank you for reaching out. The lower dishrack wheel assembly, part number PS11722152, is compatible with your model. It does not come with a lower dishrack. If you are still looking to replace the lower dishrack, then the lower dishrack, part number PS10057160, is compatible with your model. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call!
Replacement was pretty easy after figuring out how to unsnap/unlock the old pieces. Tools only used to do a little prying and poking, but really aren't needed. Everything either snaps or slides together. Piece of cake
Pulled dishwasher from under counter, attached link to spring, hooked spring back into frame/chassis, threaded link through pulleys, attached other end of link onto door, reinstalled dishwasher under counter. All's well. Note-I purchased an extra link anticipating that the other one will fail. They're cheap enough.
I took the broken basket adjuster off and then attached the new one. It wasn't too difficult, however some removal instructions and re-install instructions( or just a picture supplied) would have been helpful. This isn't an issue for a mechanically inclined person, but would be a challenge for someone that isn't. Thanks.
