Water dispenser drips and leaks water continuously when not in use. It is still doing this after the water filter has been replaced. Please advise on the proper repair.
For model number KSCS25FKSS02
Hello Jim,
Thank you for your question We have done an investigation into your model KSCS25FKSS02, we have discovered that the Water Tube Kit would be the most accurate cause of your symptoms. It is available under part number PS11730901. If there is a break in the water tube or it is obstructed in some way, it would cause a leak from your dispenser. We hope this helps you.

Do I need a blank filter or a plug if I don’t want to use the water filter? Thank you for your help.
For model number KSCS25FKSS02
Hello Bethany, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, your model does not come with any blank filter or bypass plug. You can run the dispenser without a water filter, but your water will not be filtered. You may need to remove the water filter and then slide the water filter cap from its end. After removing the filter, insert the water filter cap into the base grille until it stops. We hope this helps.

Ice Maker quit working, I could manually cycle unit but then the water would overflow when unit was re-filling.
I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. The new Ice Maker was wired correctley for my refrigeator so all I had to do wea reconnect the power connection and mount new Ice Maker on the two top screws and install the bottem screw. It took e while for the new Ice Maker to start it's cycle but after it did, it worked GREAT. Part Select service was OUTSTANDING, ordered part one day and received the next. THANKS!!!!
