Our garbage disposal stopped working. It is not jammed. I put the tool in the bottom and it moves freely. The power is on. The breaking is on. I pushed the red button on bottom. Still not working

Thank you for your question. If your garbage disposal stopped working, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check start switch and the disposal stopper. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
Was amazed the gasket was delivered the day after I ordered it! Removed old gasket and cleaned out what I thought was accumulated waste. Replaced gasket and ran water, had a flood. What I had removed was rusted part of appliance. Unable to repair and ended up replacing the garbage disposal. Bad Luck.
I need to put rubber washer and internal nut to retain the switch in place and the cover switch doesn't retain the screw ( this was passing through without retain the cover )
