Hi, I purchased the outer glass door for the gas stove and when I took off the oven door and the hinges came out along with the door and one of the hinges was in a lock position and now I cannot put the door back in, what can you suggest.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your question. Here is a link to one of our videos from YouTube that you may reference on how to install the door and hinges onto your oven, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKqhX9OhNOg. The oven in the video may not show exactly like the one you have and the part being installed is the oven door glass, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the door. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I think my oven takes to long to ignite, it use to ignite in about a min. It still bakes okay once it does, but it takes up to 3 mins. To ignite.
Do I need to replace igniter?
For model number JGBS60DEF1WW
Hello Dale, thank you for the question. According to our research, the issue is probably with the igniter kit, part number PS231280. We recommend checking the igniter because grease and grime can build up on it over time. If the igniter is dirty, clean it, and if it is faulty, replace it. We hope this is helpful!
Why is my gas flame burning orange? I cleaned out everything already,
For model number JGBS60DEF1WW
Hello Scott, thank you for contacting us. Provided that the spuds and cooktops are clean, we would suggest checking the valve control assembly, part number PS8754435, and the round valves, part numbers PS8754409, PS8754410, and PS3491506. If this does not help, the issue is probably because of carbon monoxide build-up in your system and we would recommend calling a qualified technician to fix it. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
