Hi Belinda, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, your model comes with 5 knobs. The 3 knobs for your model are part number PS8753626, and the centre knob is part number PS8753628. The right front knob for your model is part number PS8753627. These knobs are sold individually. Glad to be of help!
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.
