Does this model have a water filter? I looked everywhere but can’t find one. It has regular ice maker but not the type that’s on the front door. Thanks for any information that you can provide.

The upper basket in the freezer does not move forward easily (with freezer door open) even with nothing in it. Seems to drag like it's rubbing instead of rolling. The freezer door opens with ease

Hi Ron, thank you for your inquiry. Check for ice build-up. Frost can build up behind the rear panel or underneath the sliding mechanism, restricting movement. Empty the freezer, turn it off, and leave the door open for 24 hours to ensure all ice behind the panels melts. Use warm water to remove any food debris or frost buildup on the tracks, then wipe them completely dry. Check the drawer gears, part number PS2003866. These parts will attach to your drawer rail and are used to help the drawer glide smoothly. Glad to be of help!
