It will not go to one cycle to another. Say you have it on regular wash it won’t switch to rinse you got to move it to the next cycle manually it will do the next cycle once you move it manually but won’t move to the next cycle by itself.

Hi Laura, thank you for contacting us. The dampening strap cannot be repaired. You will need to replace it. We have attached a video of the installation of the dampening strap. It may not be the exact same module, but the dampening strap should install almost the same. We hope this information helps!

When I close the lid, there is a short pause before starting....slow agitation
For model number GTWP1800D0WW
Hi Glen. I would check the agitator/coupling and drive belt. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
I spoke to a very nice young ladie who took my order and I received my order within two days. I pull the clasp off of the old knob and replace the knob and the clasp with the new part and it now works great. Thank you for helping me find the part I needed.
After removing frt panel which prys off I checked for anything obvious like a loose belt. Then I jiggled the magnet switch located on the inside of the loading cover. I saw the machine start agitating the it stopped again when I stopped touching it. I ordered the new part and spliced it in with the wire crip tool. Now the machine is A ok.
