How do I change water filter
For model number GRSS2652AF3
Hello Lynn, thank you for asking. Push the old filter in and it comes out. You may need to reset water filter status by holding the water filter button for 3-5 seconds after you change the filter. If the water filter replacement light is still on, check the filter to make sure it is inserted properly and there is no debris in the base. Then try resetting the filter again. We hope this helps.

Hello Mark, thank you for getting in touch. We would recommend making sure that the power cord is working fine. If the problem persists, then you may need to check the main power board, part number PS17219335, to solve the problem. A faulty power control board can most probably cause this issue. Is there a meat/ cheese / deli drawer option for this refrigerator? Can I install it myself?

Hi Jon, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the meat pan or deli drawer, part number 5304526929, will fit your model number. To replace it, slide the old deli drawer out until it reaches the stop position. Tilt the front of the drawer up slightly to disengage the rear glide tabs from the side tracks, then pull the pan straight out. Wipe down the frame slides or glass shelf above to ensure smooth operation for the new pan. Align the side rear tabs of your new deli drawer with the track glides on the underside of the cover frame. Push the pan in while keeping it level until it sits completely inside the housing. Glad to be of help!
I checked the dampener, it worked. The compressor and fan worked. I knew because my freezer was still hovering around 10 degrees. Coils were clean. Thermistor was the only thing it could be. Took all my shelves out. Removed four screws. Took the back panel off. The thermistor sits tucked in on the side. I piped it out, in clipped it. Used my multimeter to test the numbers. Numbers were off just a bit. Ordered the part. Crossed my fingers.,took less then 5 minutes to put the part in. Plugged in the fridge. It was sitting at 33 degrees in about an hour and a half. I can’t believe I fixed it. I knew NOTHING about refrigerators. For how big my fridge is, it would have cost 3,000 and up to get a new one with the same cu ft size. Instead, it cost me $44. That includes shipping. Thank you Parts Select!! Made it so easy to pick the correct part for my model fridge!
Simple three steps... 1) There's an front section to the ice-maker to take off. One Phillips screw is on the side, one screw is underneath near the inside of the refrigerator wall. Just unscrew and store. 2) There's a small plastic unit just inside the ice maker to take out. It's held in by a small nut that requires about a 4" extension to reach. (You may be able to unscrew the nut with small needle-nose pliers). Just unscrew and take out the unit - the unit functions just to keep the ice maker wiring in place. 3) The wiring looks a mess, but there's just one wiring connector to the ice maker assembly. Unsnap it. The ice maker is not screwed in, it just slides in -- reach in and pull the assembly straight out; when it stops, lower it a bit and it will come free. Reverse the instructions to install the new unit.
pulled old gasket out of groove in door. Put vaseline on slotted part of gasket that fits in groove of refri. door Put some vaseline on gasket surface that would be on the hinge side of door, so it would close with ease. Had no problems at all. Thanks
P.S. Sorry about not having the model No. The Part No was PS1991324 Magnetic Gasket for Refr side of a Freezer/Refrigerator FRIGIDAIRE There are no screws to remove on this model. Just start at one corner and begin pulling old gasket out of the groove of the door.
