Freezer works perfectly, light turns on when opening fridge door, door closes well, but fridge doesnt work. I dont hear compressor or fan starting when i open the door

Hi Tanya, thank you for your contacting us. We have researched the model and would suggest making sure the condenser coils are clean. Reset the refrigerator by unplugging it and then plugging it back in after 5 minutes. If the issue remains, the evaporator assembly, part number PS3592923, might be faulty. Checking the evaporator fan motor assembly for continuity using a multimeter might help. Good luck with the repair!
