The knob does not engage to allow me to select the desired cycle. It just spends freely. I can select my cycle by physically turning the cycle ring. This is hard to do. It seems that the outside knob won't engage to do it. I'm wondering what part(s) are required to fix this. The washer works fine otherwise.
