Oven gets up to temp. Then I loose all power to range for around 10 minutes. Then power returns and you have to reset time and temp. Both circuit panels have been replaced already. The problem continues. What is causing this to happen?

Hello Roy, thank you for contacting us. Provided that the relay board and main control board are good, the issue is probably related to the door lock motor and switch unit, part number PS16555576, and the temperature sensor, part number PS1528542. We would recommend checking both parts with a multimeter for continuity. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
The audible has quit working. I have checked and the beep is set to "on". I have unplugged and plugged back in. The timer or oven temp alarm are all silent. Everything else seems to work. Is this something can repair?

Hello Barbara, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, the issue is with the buzzer. The buzzer comes along with the control board. The control board for your model is part number PS12746614. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this information helps!
First we removed two screws under the rim of the range top to open the lid. Lifted the lid and removed the screws from the bracket that holds the elements, Be careful with the clips that hold the element in, if you break them or bend them there aren't any more! Also note which holes they were in, they are marked according to the different sizes of elements. Disconnected the wires, needed needlenose pliers to grip them...connected new element, popped it back in place, replaced bracket, closed top ...Easy peasy!!!
I called a repair place. They charged $54 to diagnose, (said it needed a new latch motor) then wanted $220 to complete the repair. I checked online prices and did it myself for about 15 minutes work and the latch motor itself ($44?).
Was necessary to uplug the range, pull it away from the wall and remove the back panel sheet metal, then 3 screws that mount the motor. Replace motor, reattach sheet metal. Plug in. Done. Ready to bake cookies.
