Replaced door switch, now no vacuum effect when I close door. Light now goes out but no vacuum seal. There is ice buildup on freezer. Is there another switch somewhere?

Door open light is on but door is closed

Hello Rick, thank you for your inquiry. One reason may be that if the food is hot, the fridge light doesn't turn off when the door closes, and the bulb remains on constantly. Touch the food closest to the light source. Or, the Door Switch PS759479 is faulty. We hope this information will help you.
