Hello Charles, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: pressure sensor switch, the electronic control, the door lock, and the float switch. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. If these parts test ok, then check the water inlet valve and the heating element. Hope this helps.
I'm getting error message i20 during the middle of a dishwashing cycle. The cycle will complete by pushing the start button. At the end of each cycle there is a small amount of water left in the sump. I've tried to clean the drain pump and drain line using a wet vac and hot water. This helps for a few cycles. Does something need to be replaced or cleaned?

Hi Peter, thank you for your inquiry. The error code i20 indicates that the dishwasher has failed in draining and lowering the water level within the expected time. Based on the description that you have provided and the error code, we concluded that the issue is with the drain pump, part number PS9492626. We would suggest replacing the drain pump to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
