It’s blinking ER. It did this last week and then started running again. It starts and you hear the pump running, stops again. I turned breaker off to see if that cleared the message but it didn’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Frank, thank you for contacting us. The error code ER indicates that something is wrong with the keypad. A button might be failing due to steam getting inside. We would recommend accessing the keypad area and checking if all the buttons appear fine. If not we would recommend cleaning the board. If this does not help, there is probably some issue with the control panel, part number PS8760856. We would also recommend running a continuity test on the electronic control board, part number PS12365809. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
I get an error code "uo" and the machine stops 2 minutes after I start it.

Hello Jess, thank you for your question! This error means that your drying vent is stuck open. While in the wash cycle, the main control board does not receive a signal from the vent assembly that the vent plunger is closed. Plunger status is sensed with the optical sensors in the vent assembly. Your vent assembly and blower, part number PS12741853, are part of the door itself. We hope this information is useful!
Hello Guy, Thank you for your inquiry. According to the manufacturer, the white cap, part# PS421128, will fit this dispenser. The grey cap is only available as part of the dispenser. We hope this helps
I wish to clean bottom basket and screen. Do I just pull hard on the basket tab?

Hello Terry, thank you for your question. Remove the bottom rack, and pull up on the lower spray arm. It will simply pop off the holder. The soil trap handle is then turned toward you so the handle is facing you. Lift the soil trap out of the unit. The spray arm holder is still attached so it will have to be removed and reinstalled into the new soil trap. Reverse the steps to reinstall the parts into the dishwasher. I hope this helps!

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the wire harnesses of the main control board. If they are fine, the issue could be with the main control board, part number PS12365809. It manages the functions of the dishwasher, such as washing, draining and drying. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having the problem that the arm falls off, the three pieces become separate. When you want to replace the spray arm, only one new part needs to be ordered because this part encompases all three components.
Remove the bottom cover plate. Disconnect the water inlet and black rubber hose. Remove 2 mounting screws. Pull out electrical connector. Reverse order. Be sure to get the brass inlet connector really tight so it won't leak. I did the final tightning after the part is mounted. Not a bad repair at all. The only problem was that it leaked in the first place and messed up my subfloor and laminate flooring.
