Stopped cooling. Makes a click sound every few minutes but still stays hot. All coils are clean. Less than a year old.

Hello Stacy, thank you for getting in touch. Check the freezer compressor, part number PS16660787. If the compressor is faulty, the freezer will not cool properly. You can use a multimeter to test continuity of the compressor as well. If the compressor is working fine, you will need to replace the main control board, part number PS16555731, to fix the issue.
