Purchased part number 5304476793. Part was not the right size, so called Electrolux (877-435-3287). After 50 minutes on hold, I was told this IS the correct part. When I explained that it is 1/2" too tall, and 1 1/2" too narrow, and none of the slots line up, she would only say (again) that it was the correct part, and their drawing was correct. And left me hanging. No discussion, no mention that maybe the wrong part was in the packing. No options. Thank you for calling. Goodbye. At least PartsSelect was prompt and courteous, and gave me a refund, since the manufacturer was not at all interested in the issue.
Ordered A/C remote. Upon arriving it would not work. Call company I ordered it from and explain situation. An email was sent explaining how to return item. (easily done) While talking to repair dept they suggested I purchase a new one (Using Discover) and the amount I paid for the old one would be processed through my Discover card from which I purchased it. Received new remote (works great) but as of this date I see no action taken by company re-imbursement when viewing my Discover account...
