My fridg will not freeze, how can I help it along
For model number FFHT1835VB0
Hello Willie, thank you for the great question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the thermistor. The thermistor monitors the air temperature and sends the temperature reading to the control board. The control board then regulates power to the compressor and evaporator fan based on the thermistor readings. If the thermistor is defective, the compressor and evaporator fan may not run. As a result, the freezer will not freeze. To determine if the thermistor is defective, test it with a multimeter. If found defective, replace the thermistor, part number PS8769098. We hope this solves your problem!
