Hello. My Electrolux front loader is leaking from the pump filter. I removed and cleaned the filter and after reinstalling it, it is leaking. The rubber gasket seems to be in the proper place with no visible signs of damage to it or the plastic parts... seems like it is leaking from the drain spout when it is in it’s closed position. does anyone know if there should be an additional gasket where the drain spout is? it looks like a ball valve type closing system but it does not see to be sealing... thank you any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello,
My washer seems to be operating normally until the final 6-7 minutes when I hear something engage for the final spin. From there it is very loud and knocks/rattles aggressively? Bearing?
Thanks!

Hi Patrick, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest that you replace the shock absorber, part number PS11699897, to fix the problem. It absorbs the vibrations and movements of the outer washer tub. Good luck with this repair!
Hi Louis, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, to unlock the child lock, press pre-wash and fresh rinse at the same time and hold until the lock indicator is no longer lit. Glad to be of help!
