alarm keeps going off and light does not come on.
For model number E133AR80WS7
Hello Rob, thank you for reaching out to us. We would recommend checking the door switch, part number PS16544346. The small switch that the door presses when closed. If it is stuck or damaged, the fridge thinks the door is open (triggering the alarm) and keeps the light off. Clean it or test it for continuity. We hope this information helps!
