Is there suppose to be any icing on the line coming from the condenser? I have ice on the foam insulation that's wrapped around the line. My freezer stopped cooling so I unplugged it and noticed ice build up on the lower part of the freezer and clogged drain pipe. I defrosted it and cleaned everything, coils, fans, etc... I plugged it back in and after about 15 minutes I noticed ice on the line which is at the bottom and back of the unit. The fan wasn't working then. I unclipped the thermostat that was clipped to another line, reinstalled it and the fan started working and the compressor worked too. The freezer has been on for 48 hours and is -2°F inside. Still have slight icing on the line and now fan is not on. I did just unplug and plug back in and heard a few clicks coming from the compressor, but still no fan. Also, I didn't notice a replacement thermostat for the one at the lower, rear. Only saw one for inside the freezer. Much appreciated
