Hi,
I have this model and it will not turn on. Worked fine and then it didn't. Press the on button and nothing happens. Can you tell me what this might be?
Thank you
For model number EFLS210TIS00
Hi Kathie, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description, we would recommend checking the power cord if it is connected properly. If the power cord is okay, then you have an issue with the control board, part number PS12712364. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. We would suggest replacing the control board to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
