Hello Becky, Thank you for the question. In order to trouble shoot we will need a bit more details. Is there power to the appliance but there is just no heat or is it heating but no tumble? Is it getting hot but not hot enough? The more details on the symptoms the better. Please submit a new question if you have any follow ups. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi my dryer has power and the display works and timer for various settings works but the dryer does not tumble or heat up, after pressing start, there is no noise. But the clock on display does count down the length of time for selected cycle. Thanks for your help

Hello Justin, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Belt Switch. If you press and hold the Start switch in and the dryer tumbles and heats as long as the start switch is held in, the Belt Switch will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Hi Greg, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the thermistor assembly, part number PS3417670, to fix the issue. It attaches on the blower housing, and monitors and helps regulate the temperature inside the dryer. We hope that helps!
I used the similar screws of my own for temporary until I found parts from PartSelect.com to buy. After I ordered and when it arrives, I just simply replace the missing screws and screwed them in to get LCD TV and LCD TV Stand together firmly without a problem which is much better than the wrong screws I used for temporary.
