What can cause the pump to stay on, from beginning of cycle, the machine never fills up to wash? Had this happen before, tested every cycle and setting, somehow it started to work. Have not been able to reproduce what made it work.
For model number CLV09N1AMG
Hello Brenda, thank you for reaching out to us. Based on the issue description, you may need to replace the water level or pressure sensor assembly, part number PS18188498, to fix the issue. The pressure switch detects the water level via a thin hose (air tube). If the switch is stuck in the "full" position, or if the tube is clogged/dislodged, the machine thinks it is overflowing, even when empty. Consequently, it keeps the drain pump running continuously to prevent flooding. We hope this information helps!
